How the free plan works
Free is not a trial. It does not expire, it does not ask for a card, and nothing that teaches you the job sits behind the paywall. Every desktop tool is open: Directory, Remote Desktop, Server Room, Documentation, Asset Management, Ship Manager, Computer Deployment, PC Shelf, Mail Admin and Mail Security. So are the hints, the knowledge base, your analytics, the leaderboard and your certificates.
The two limits are volume. You can complete five tickets a day and take one voice call a day. Both counters reset at midnight in your local time zone. When you hit a limit the app tells you.
What Pro adds
Pro removes both daily limits and adds three things the free plan does not have at all.
Calls inside team chat let a colleague ring you from the Teams window mid-ticket, the way a real desk works. The voicemail queue puts recorded messages in your inbox to work through. AI mock interviews run a helpdesk interview with you. Pro also unlocks posting a certificate straight to LinkedIn, X and Facebook. Earning certificates, opening the public credential page, downloading the image and copying the link are free.
Pro is $20 a month, or $199 a year. The annual price works out at about $16.58 a month and saves $41 over paying monthly.
The honest summary
If five tickets and one call a day suit you, free is a complete product and there is no reason to upgrade. You pay for volume, the voicemail queue, chat calls and mock interviews.

Students enrolled in a teacher’s class get unlimited access for as long as they are enrolled, at no cost to them. See Join your teacher’s class.
A teacher module subscription carries unlimited access for the teacher and every seated student. It is $29 a month for the dashboard plus $5 per student per month, or $24 and $4 when billed annually. Schools can pay by purchase order.

Billing terms
Pro is a subscription and it renews automatically until you cancel. The terms are stated on the purchase screen: Auto-renews until canceled. We charge your payment method each billing period. Cancel anytime in Settings, Billing.
