How the trial works
There is no trial form. You request a quote, and the trial is offered to you afterwards by email.
- Go to servicedesk-simulator.com/teachers and select Request a quote.
- Fill in Your name, Work email, School or program, what kind of organization you are, and Class size.
- The quote arrives by email within a minute, with a PDF your purchasing office can file.
- A couple of days later you get an email with the subject Try ServiceDesk Simulator with your class for 7 days. Select Start my 7-day trial.
That link opens a page where you confirm your work email once. If you already have an account on that address, your teacher account, your classroom and your trial are set up right away. If you do not, the page tells you to sign up with that exact address, and the trial is applied the moment the account exists.
The link is valid for 7 days. If it lapses, reply to the email and a fresh one is sent.
Some requests are held for a person to look at instead, in which case you will hear from us by email.
What the trial gives you
Seven days, no card and no contract. You get the teacher dashboard sitting above your students’ accounts: create classrooms, hand out join codes, set assignments, and see each student’s progress. Your students get the full simulator with no daily limits for as long as they are enrolled.
When the trial ends, nothing is deleted. Your roster, join code and every student’s progress stay as they are, and the quote you already have is the price to carry on. See Get a quote or pay by purchase order.
Who this is for
Teachers, instructors and training providers. Students on their own should use a normal free account, which is a complete product on its own.
If you have not heard back
You will get a reminder three days before the trial ends and one the day before. If you never made an account after accepting the offer, you will get a nudge about that too, telling you which address to sign up with.
If you already have an account on that address but never verified it, use Forgot password to set a new password. That confirms the address is yours, and the trial follows without you doing anything else.
