Request a quote

  1. Go to servicedesk-simulator.com/teachers.
  2. Find Request an official quote.
  3. Fill in the form and select Email me the quote.

You get Quote sent. Check your inbox. The page sets the expectation honestly: It usually arrives within a minute.

What arrives

An email with the subject Your ServiceDesk Simulator quote ({ref}), carrying your quote reference, containing:

  • The quote reference, the issue date and a Valid until date
  • The Teacher dashboard fee and the Student seats cost
  • Both billing options priced out, Billed monthly and Billed annually
  • A PDF attachment your budget office can file

The email states what the PDF is for: it lists Renatek LLC as the vendor, which is the name the purchase order needs to be made out to.

All prices are in US dollars.

Pricing

One base fee for the teacher dashboard, plus a seat for each student.

  • Dashboard: $29 per month, or $24 per month billed annually
  • Each student: $5 per student per month, or $4 per student per month billed annually

Annual billing is about 17% off the dashboard fee and 20% off each student seat.

The teachers page also shows a worked example for the class size you enter.

Purchase orders

Purchase orders are accepted. The quote email says so: We accept purchase orders. Reply to this email with your PO, or ask for a W-9, sole-source letter, or any vendor paperwork your district needs.

Vendor documents available on request include a W-9, sole-source letters and vendor registration.

If your timeline runs past the quote’s expiry

Reply and ask for it to be reissued. There is no penalty for a procurement cycle taking longer than a quote’s validity window.

Trying before buying

A couple of days after the quote, you get an email offering a 7-day classroom trial, with no card and no contract. See Try it with your class for 7 days.

Funding

The teachers page notes that Perkins V CTE and other federal, state and local funding are accepted, which for many US programmes is the relevant question.
