Everything is reachable from the top bar. There is no sidebar and no separate settings page.
The top bar, left to right
Tools opens a menu of the consoles you fix tickets with. See below.
Voice Call starts an AI phone call with a simulated employee. On the free plan, after you have used your one call for the day, the control changes to Call Used and opens the upgrade screen instead.
Voicemails is the inbox for calls you missed or declined. It needs Pro, a teacher account or classroom enrolment.
Mock Interview is a practice job interview with an AI interviewer, with the same requirement.
On the right of the bar, in order:
- The speech-bubble icon opens Company Chat, the chat panel.
- If you are a student in a class, a clipboard icon opens Assignments.
- If you have the teacher module, a graduation-cap icon links to the teacher dashboard. The same position shows Join Class instead when you are not in a class, have no teacher module, and are not on Pro.
- The trophy icon opens the Leaderboard.
- Then a stats block, which is hidden on phone-width screens. It shows your points total, and on the free plan a ticket counter, a call counter and a crown. All three of those open the upgrade screen, and hovering the counters shows how many you have left and when they reset.
- Finally your avatar and username, with your tier underneath it, and from a two-day streak onwards a flame and a number.
The Tools menu
The menu is grouped the way an IT department is:
Infrastructure
- Directory for user accounts: passwords, lockouts, groups, licences, MFA.
- Server Room for the servers and network equipment.
- Remote Desktop to connect to somebody’s workstation.
- Computer Deployment to build a PC.
- PC Shelf to see the PCs you have built.
- Mail Admin for message trace, mailbox settings and inbox rules.
- Mail Security for quarantine and blocked senders.
Knowledge
- Documentation, the in-world knowledge base.
Management
- Asset Management for who has which hardware.
- Ship Manager to post hardware to someone.
Picking a tool normally fills the screen. If you have a ticket open and Split screen view turned on, it opens beside the ticket instead, and picking a different tool swaps it out.
The profile menu
Select your avatar or the chevron next to it in the top right:
- Analytics, your performance stats
- Friends
- Achievements, your badges and certificates
- Past Tickets, everything you have closed with the model answers
- Tutorial & guides
- Discord
- Help Center, these pages, opened in a new tab so your session and any open ticket stay alive
- Support & Feedback
- About
- Settings
- Log Out
Getting back
Most tools have a back control in the top left. Where you land depends on the tool: most take you back to your ticket if you opened them from one, and to the dashboard otherwise. Asset Management, Computer Deployment and PC Shelf always return to the dashboard, even with a ticket open, so use the browser back button or reopen the ticket from My Queue.
Remote Desktop is the other exception. While you are connected to a machine the back control is hidden, because the correct way out is to disconnect from inside the remote session, the same as real remote support.
