Documentation is the fictional company’s own knowledge base. Open it from Tools, under Knowledge.

It is not decoration. Tickets are written against these articles, so for anything procedural the answer is genuinely in here.

What is in it

Ten categories:

It keeps your place

Unlike the other tools, Documentation deliberately does not reset when you leave and come back. Your open article and search survive, because following a procedure usually means hopping between the docs and another tool repeatedly.

The two things people look for most

Credentials. The Credentials & Access category holds the accounts you need for other tools, including the ones Computer Deployment asks for mid-build. Reading it before you start a build saves you a failed step.

Which PC setup a role needs. The article Choosing a PC Setup: Device Profiles & Deployment Methods, under Hardware & Assets, is the reference for that. Computer Deployment links straight to it from its own Check the documentation link, which is the quickest way in.
