Find your assignments

Select the clipboard icon in the top right. It shows a red count when you have something new. The panel is titled My Assignments.

There are two tabs, Open and Past.

What an assignment asks for

Each one shows what it needs and how far along you are. Depending on how your teacher set it up, that is:

  • A number of Tickets
  • A number of Calls
  • Specific ticket types, if it is limited to certain categories

Plus a Due date and time, and how many points it is worth.

Two rules on calls, from the assignment builder itself: Answered calls and voicemails count, and on a category-limited assignment, Calls and voicemails count only when they match the selected ticket types.

Getting the tickets

If the assignment is limited to certain ticket types, it arrives with matching tickets already picked out. Use Claim tickets to your queue on the assignment to pull them in. They appear in My Queue on your dashboard and you work them normally.

Otherwise just work tickets from the queue as usual, and progress counts automatically.

Submit

When you have met the requirements, select Submit Assignment.

Until then the button reads Complete Requirements to Submit and does nothing. That is the app telling you a requirement is still short rather than the button being broken. Check the progress figures on the assignment to see which one.

After submitting you see Assignment submitted successfully!

Late submissions

You can still submit after the due date. It goes in flagged, and you get Assignment submitted late! instead. Your teacher sees it under a separate late heading.

An assignment shows Due soon! as the deadline approaches and OVERDUE once it has passed.

Assignments your teacher has closed

A closed assignment cannot be submitted to. It shows Closed with the explanation This assignment was closed by your teacher. Ask them to reopen it if you need to hand something in.

Your score

Some assignments show an Auto Score as a percentage, based on how much of the requirement you completed.
