Hi, I'm Rena. I broke into IT with no college degree, a stack of certifications I studied for on YouTube, and four months of applying every single day. Now I help other people do the same.
I make tech content as techbyrena on TikTok and Instagram, and I run a Discord community for people trying to get into IT without a degree. The same question kept coming up: entry-level jobs want experience, but the only way to get experience is a job. It is a loop, and a lot of capable people get stuck in it and give up.
So I built the thing I wish I'd had.
