Open the profile menu in the top right and select Support & Feedback. There are three categories, and they do different things.
Support
Choose Support and you get an email address rather than a form: support@servicedesk-simulator.com.
The stated response time is Email us and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
This is the route for anything about your account: billing, refunds, a payment that did not apply, a certificate name you cannot change, account deletion, or a disabled account.
Email from your account’s address. It is how requests get matched to accounts, and for refunds it is required.
Bug Report
Choose Bug Report and fill in the form:
- Subject, up to 150 characters
- Related Ticket, optional, a dropdown of every ticket you have not closed, with resolved ones marked
- Description, up to 2000 characters, with a live counter
- Screenshot, optional, and it must be under 5MB
Then select Submit Bug Report. Both a subject and a description are required before the button will do anything.
You get Bug report received and Thanks. We’ll review the issue.
Be aware of the expectation the form sets: (We usually don’t reply to bug reports, but our developers read every one and fix what’s broken.) If you need an answer rather than a fix, use the Support category instead.
Feature Idea
Same form, minus the ticket field and the screenshot. Select Submit Idea. You get Thanks for the idea.
A ticket that will not resolve
There is a separate form for that, opened from the ticket’s own options menu, which captures which step you were on. It is the better route because it attaches the ticket. See Report a ticket that seems broken.
Community
There is a Discord, linked from the profile menu and from the footer of these pages. It is the fastest place to ask another player whether you are missing a step on a ticket.
What to include
For anything account-related, include your account’s email address, what you expected, what happened, and when. For a billing problem, include the address you paid with if it differs from your account address, since that mismatch is the single most common cause.
Errors when submitting
Please add a description before submitting. Bug reports and feature ideas both need one.
Image must be under 5MB Use a smaller screenshot.
